Thanks for the quick reply. I have sent the tracking info on DM. It shows the label was created, but that is all. I am fairly certain that @FedExHelp did not get the package.

Something wrong with your system. The tracking number shows "Label Created" and that is all… I am contacting @FedEx and my bank to see if I can dispute the charge somehow. i agree, if the package was delivered on March 13th, I would not complain at all.

Just had my first (and last) terrible customer service from @BHPhotoVideo. I ordered a pelican case for over $150, but @FedEx NEVER delivered it. They can track & see I never got the case, but because I did not file a claim in 30 days, no recourse! Terrible SERVICE! #GOAMAZON
